RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ALTORFER,INC FOR THE SOURCEWELL <br /> CONTRACT PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2023 CAT 420-07 BACKHOE LOADER. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sourcewell Bid to Altorfer, Inc quote received for one (1)2023 CAT <br /> 420-07 Backhoe Loader,presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby,received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of Altorfer, Inc., in the amount of$130,426.00, be accepted and <br /> a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Altorfer, Inc, for their quote <br /> price of$130,426.00. <br /> Section 4.
