R2023- I Cl <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A GRANT <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND STATE OF ILLINOIS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE & ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND VIOLENCE PREVENTION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to enter into a grant agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur and State of Illinois Department of Commerce&Economic Opportunity for <br /> community development and violence prevention. <br /> Section 2.
