Browfl, Trustee of <br /> the Lincoln Land Illinois Land Trust No. 5675, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory <br /> described as: <br /> LOT 3 OF WILCOX WAYSIDE FARMS ADDITION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 300, <br /> PAGE 186 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON COL)'NTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> SITUATED IN MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of reg ord of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, alang with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the lirr.its of the City of Decatur., <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
