Kia)--a 0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENT #1 TO THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> SECTION 09-00933-01-BR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois authorizes Supplement#1 to <br /> the Local Public Agency Engineering Services Agreement for the Brush College/ Faries Parkway <br /> Grade Separation project, presented to the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit 1, for a $0 <br /> Supplement for the replacement of various subconsultants to AECOM in providing resident <br /> engineering services for the aforementioned project known as Section Number 09-00933-01-BR. <br /> Section 2.
