RESOLUTION NO. WAS- 3-3 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> STEVE'S TRUCKING FOR THE DEMOLITION OF 539 W. DECATUR ST <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant building at <br /> 539 W. Decatur St., Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Steve's Trucking in the amount of $48,499.00 for 539 W. <br /> Decatur St. be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
