RESOLUTION NO. �47(o <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CONTRACT WITH CHRISTY-FOLTZ, INC. FOR THE MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CORRIDOR ADDITION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2023-07A <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2023-07A, Municipal <br /> Services Center Corridor Addition Project, and presented to the Council herewith, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Christy-Foltz, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded <br /> accordingly, and that said contract between Christy-Foltz, Inc., and the City of Decatur is for a <br /> total amount of$411,338.00 which includes the base bid ($373,944)plus a 10% project <br /> contingency ($37,394). <br /> Section 3.
