RESOLUTION NO. R d-0 3-J,S y <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE <br /> PROPOSAL WITH SIKICH LLP FOR AUDITING SERVICES AND <br /> NON-AUDIT ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Service Audit Proposal presented herein to the <br /> City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Sikich LLP, be, and the same is <br /> hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Manager be, and they are hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to accept said proposal agreeing to auditing services for <br /> December 31, 2023, December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025 on behalf of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 3.
