RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CLARK DIETZ INC. TO PROVIDE FINAL DESIGN SERVICES <br /> FOR THE BRUSH COLLEGE LIFT STATION AND FORCEMAIN <br /> CITY PROJECT 2020-06 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement to provide final design services for <br /> the Brush College lift station and forcemain, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and <br /> made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and Clark Dietz Inc., and the same is hereby <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Clark Dietz Inc., for <br /> a fee not to exceed$1,388,660. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 18`h day of December 2023. <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Kim Althoff, City Clerk <br />
