RESOLUTION NO. &&4-13-7_ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A SOURCEWELL CONTRACT <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)BACKHOE LOADER FROM ALTORFER,INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sourcewell Bid to Altorfer,Inc. quote received for one(1)CAT 420- <br /> 07 Backhoe Loader, presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby,received, and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the Sourcewell Bid from Altorfer, Inc., in the amount of$125,939.00, be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby,authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Altorfer, Inc., for their quote <br /> price of$125,939.00. <br /> Section 4.
