RESOLUTION NO. R J jq-1 t <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 450 W Center 1133 W Cottage Hill 2437 E Eldorado <br /> 2916 S Franklin Street 325 W Packard 442 E Stuart <br /> 1224 N Van Dyke 1421 E Wood 1246 N Woodford <br /> WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois,has found and does hereby find that <br /> certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned;and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
