ExTRACT OF MINUTES of the regular public meeting of the Council <br /> of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, held in the Council <br /> Chamber, located on the third floor of the Decatur Civic Center, <br /> One Gary K.Anderson Plaza,in said City, at 5:30 p.m.,on Monday, <br /> the 15th day of April, 2024. <br /> The Mayor called the meeting to order and directed the City Clerk to call the roll. Upon <br /> the roll being called, Mayor Julie Moore Wolfe and the following Council Members were <br /> physically present at said location: 'L wemixrsPa- e <br /> I)aVITWar n t*s co c(- <br /> The following Council Members were allowed by a majority of the members of the Council <br /> in accordance with and to the extent allowed by rules adopted by the Council to attend the meeting <br /> (( <br /> by video or audio conference: ` ul)ckL on ckic� �ukG <br /> No Council Member was not permitted to attend the meeting by video or audio conference. <br /> The following Council Members were absent and did not participate in the meeting in any <br /> manner or to any extent whatsoever: <br /> At _"p.m., the Mayor announced that (i) the next item for consideration was the <br /> issuance of not to exceed $36,800,000 general obligation bonds to be issued by the City pursuant <br /> to its home rule powers for the purposes of financing one or both of the following: (a)the refunding <br /> of general obligation bonds issued by the City in 2014 and 2015 for debt service savings and(b)the <br /> financing of water system infrastructure improvements, and (ii) the City Council would consider <br /> the adoption of an ordinance providing for the issue and sale of such bonds and providing for the <br /> Decatur.11350.1.2024_Council_Bond_Ordinance_4889-9921-2972 v9 <br /> 2315042 <br />
