RESOLUTION NO.&M — Z� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BID WITH JONES AND SULLIVAN ENTERPRISES,INC. <br /> FOR PAINTING TILE,HANDRAILS,DOORS AND WINDOW FRAMES FOR ASBESTOS <br /> ABATEMENT AT 1170 ORCHARD STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid received for painting tile, handrails,doors and window frames for <br /> asbestos abatement at 1170 Orchard Street,Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council <br /> herewith as Exhibit A,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Jones and Sullivan Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of$20,330 for <br /> 1170 Orchard Street be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
