RESOLUTION NO. R dM-3 1C <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE TERMS AND <br /> EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SANITARY <br /> DISTRICT OF DECATUR, IL AND CITY OF DECATUR,IL FOR THE <br /> INSTALLATION OF FIBER CONDUIT UNDER LAKE DECATUR AT LOST BRIDGE <br /> ROAD. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be authorized to negotiate terms and execute an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Sanitary District <br /> of Decatur, IL (SDD), to include a two-inch Fiber Conduit to a forced main pipe being installed <br /> by SDD and extending under Lake Decatur at Lost Bridge Road. <br /> Section 2.
