RESOLUTION NO. 2 )0M (9(3 9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH JPL <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING TO PREPARE A GRANT-FUNDED PLAN <br /> FOR COMPOSTING AND FOOD WASTE REDUCTION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A, and <br /> made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the JPL Environmental <br /> Engineering, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
