RESOLUTION NO. R2024--�4 1 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTIMATING AMOUNTS NECESSARY <br /> TO BE RAISED BY THE 2024 TAX LEVY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the attached Exhibit A are the amounts of money estimated to be <br /> raised by taxation upon taxable property in the City of Decatur, for the 2024 Assessed Value <br /> with property tax billed to property owners in 2025 and payable in 2025. <br /> SECTION 2. That the City Council was informed by the City Manager at the Council <br /> Meeting on November 4, 2024 of the amounts of money estimated to be raised by taxation upon <br /> taxable property in the City of Decatur, for the 2024 Assessed Value with property tax billed to <br /> property owners in 2025 and payable in 2025. <br /> SECTION 3.
