RESOLUTION NO. �3A-3 4S <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY FOR THE REPLACEMENT <br /> OF UNDERPASS LIGHTING AS PART OF THE JASPER STREET UNDERPASS <br /> LIGHTING <br /> CITY PROJECT 2024-19 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for right of entry to replace the lighting system in the <br /> Jasper Street Underpass,presented to the City Council herewith, as Exhibit 1 and made part <br /> hereof, between the City of Decatur and the Norfolk Southern Railway Company be, and the <br /> same hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or designee be, and is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute said Agreement for right of entry to replace the Jasper Street underpass lighting <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the Norfolk Southern Railway Company. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November 2024. <br /> I Julie Moore Wolfe, Mayor <br /> TT <br /> Kim L.
