RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID PRICE OF G & H MARINE INC. FOR <br /> DOCK REMOVAL IN NELSON PARK HARBOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for removal of(6)boat clubs along <br /> Lake Decatur,presented herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of G.&H Marine Inc., in the amount of$80,000, be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
