RESOLUTION NO. �3Lj3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE SOLAR PROJECT AT THE DECATUR CIVIC CENTER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur has offices in the Civic Center which use a significant <br /> amount of electricity; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur and the Decatur Civic Center have supported and <br /> authorized a solar parking canopy project to offset the electric supply needs for this facility; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the private developer of the project desires to sell this project to another <br /> private company so they can readily develop additional projects for the City. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Decatur as follows: <br /> Section 1. That the Consent for Assignment Agreement as attached, and the same is <br /> hereby, received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
