RESOLUTION NO. AZO-A—Y G <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH USIC LOCATING <br /> SERVICES, LLC FOR FACILITY LOCATING AND MARKING SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, for the <br /> facility locating and marking services, presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and USIC Locating Services, LLC,be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
