RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FURNISHING WATER <br /> TREATMENT CHEMICAL—SODIUM HEXAMETAPHOSPHATE, <br /> #PUR2024-13 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids received for furnishing water treatment chemical— <br /> Sodium Hexametaphosphate, with Carus LLC,. in the amount of $2,820.00 per dry ton, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit 1,be, and it is hereby,received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Carus LLC be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
