(Y)S_ I <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID PRICE <br /> FROM OAK BROS TREE CARE & REMOVAL LLC FOR TREE REMOVAL IN <br /> VARIOUS LOCATIONS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for Tree Removal in Various Locations <br /> presented herewith as Exhibit A and made part hereof be, and it is hereby, received, and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price provided by Oak Bros Tree Care& Removal LLC in the <br /> amount of$39,000.00 be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
