That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made <br /> a part hereof, between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Arndt Municipal Support, Inc., regarding <br /> recruitment services be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
