RESOLUTION NO. R2025 - 213 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD OF ILLINOIS FOR ADMINISTRATION <br /> OF THE CITY GROUP HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN <br /> FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the ASO Benefit Program and Stop Loss coverage presented herewith to the <br /> City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
