RESOLUTION NO. baa5 —3C <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FURNISHING WATER <br /> TREATMENT CHEMICAL—SODIUM HEXAMETAPHOSPHATE,FOR THE <br /> YEAR 2026,PURCHASE#PUR2025-09 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids received for furnishing water treatment chemical— <br /> Sodium Hexametaphosphate,with Carus LLC,in the amount of$3,040.00 per dry ton,attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit 1,be, and it is hereby,received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Carus LLC be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
