Whitchel Ave <br /> 1755 N.Church 538 N.Dunham <br /> WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Decatur,Illinois,has found and does hereby find that <br /> certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above,are dangerous and <br /> unsafe,or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
