RESOLUTION NO. 2-CG-Co -- 09 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A 2026 CASH RENT FARM LEASE WITH <br /> PETER PISTORIUS FOR FARM#5 IN HARRISTOWN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Cash Rent Farm Lease presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A <br /> and made part hereof, between Peter Pistorius and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same <br /> is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
