RESOLUTION NO. Rao —5O <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 2290 E. Division 774 W. Macon 2115 N. Monroe <br /> 1782 E. Locust 1735 N. Monroe 700 S. Willow <br /> 1453 E. Grand 439 E. Johnson <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
