R a <br /> 2� (0 —5 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> EZELL EXCAVATING FOR THE DEMOLITION OF 720 N.EDWARD ST. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant building at <br /> 720 N. Edward St., Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Ezell Excavating in the amount of$46,663.00 for 720 N.Edward <br /> St. be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
