RESOLUTION NO. t‘�( `� � -1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A <br /> SITE READINESS PLANNING GRANT FOR THE NORTHEAST WATER MAIN <br /> EXTENSION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of Commerce and <br /> Economic Opportunity for a site readiness planning grant as Exhibit A, be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
