RESOLUTION NO. RMP- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CLARK DIETZ, INC., TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE NORTHEAST WATER MAIN EXTENSION <br /> PROJECT-BOYD ROAD TO NORTH OF CUNDIFF ROAD, CITY PROJECT 2025-13 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Clark Dietz, Inc., <br /> presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of <br /> Decatur and Clark Dietz, Inc., and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
