RESOLUTION NO. R2026 - 28 <br /> RESOLUTION WAIVING ALL CITY PERMIT FEES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br /> DECATUR PARK DISTRICT'S ACTIVITY CENTER FOR MATURE ADULTS <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That all City permit fees, including building, plumbing, mechanical, and <br /> electrical permits, shall be waived related to the successful construction of the Decatur Park <br /> District's Activity Center for Mature Adults development project located at Scovill Park West, <br /> West Main Street, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 2. That the permit fees are waived for the development of the Decatur Park <br /> District's Activity Center for Mature Adults located at Scovill Park West, West Main Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 3. That this permit waiver shall expire on June 30, 2027. <br /> Section 4.
