A.)•0-4,-- <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> .)•0-4oRESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION R2026-31 AND ACCEPTING THE <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS JOINT PURCHASING CONTRACT HOLDER BID PRICE OF <br /> SUTTON FORD INC. FOR THE UPFIT OF FOUR(4)POLICE VEHICLES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. R2026-31, passed by Council on February 17th, 2026, <br /> accepting the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing Contract Holder Bid Price of Federal Signal <br /> Corporation quote for the upfit of(4) Police Vehicles, be, and the same is hereby, rescinded. <br /> Section 2. That the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing bid received for the upfit of Four(4) <br /> Police Vehicles presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on <br /> file. <br /> Section 3. That the cost of Sutton Ford Inc., in the amount of$75,442.20, be accepted <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 4. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Sutton Ford Inc, for their <br /> State of Illinois Joint Purchasing bid price of$75,442.20. <br /> Section 5. That the City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to affect <br /> payment for the acquired equipment with terms and conditions as determined by the City <br /> Treasurer and approved by the City Manager,that the City may borrow money to make such <br /> payment, without any further authorization or direction from the Council, with terms and <br /> conditions as determined by the City Treasurer and approved by the City Manager, and that the <br /> City Treasurer and other officials of the City are authorized and directed to take any action as <br /> may be required by the City to effect such financing, <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2026. <br /> ilF/L2N <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, May <br /> 1.
