Grand 2202 N.Union <br /> 875 W.Decatur 1152 E.Hickory 1738 N.Whitchel <br /> 1009 W.Decatur 1444 N.Main 405 W.William <br /> 541 W.Division 1699 N.Monroe 700 S.Willow <br /> 1729 N.Graceland 1858 N.Union <br /> WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find that <br /> certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are dangerous and <br /> unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
