R (22-e)c-' —/D3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF ANNUAL SUPPORT AND LICENSE <br /> AGREEMENT WIH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice for renewal presented to the Council herewith from Tyler <br /> Technologies, Inc. for support, and licensing of the MUNIS Enterprise Financial Software <br /> System, be, and the same is hereby received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
