That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof,between the <br /> City of Decatur and Branson D Quintenz and Cassidee Key-Flowers and the same is hereby <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
