RESOLUTION NO. R2026 141 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL <br /> FROM HERITAGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER FOR USE OF OPIOID <br /> SETTLEMENT FUNDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal submitted by Heritage Behvioral Health Center,attached herto <br /> and marked Exhibit A, is hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That opioid settlement funds in the amount not to exceed $95,000, may be <br /> provided to Heritage Behavioral Health Center to be used exclusively for cost outlined in the <br /> proprosal. <br /> Section 3.
