TO PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE LEAD <br /> CONTAMINATED GALVANIZED SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CITY <br /> PROJECT 2026-20 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Clark Dietz, Inc., <br /> presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof. between the City of <br /> Decatur and Clark Dietz, Inc., and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
