RESOLUTION NO. R2026- l(og <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATIONS AND ASSURANCES OF THE <br /> 2025 BYRNE JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the certifications and assurances presented to the City Council as exhibit <br /> A for acceptance of the 2025 Byrne JAG grant funds be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
