ORDINANCE NO. aoYp_ -9 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF EAST KENWOOD AVENUE AND NORTH CENTRAL DRIVE <br /> FACING NORTH CENTRAL DRIVE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on North Central Drive approaching East Kenwood Avenue from the north and south shall <br /> stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on East Kenwood Avenue which have entered the <br /> intersection of said street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate <br /> hazard, but said driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as <br /> a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2.
