RESOLUTION NO. R2026- J <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MACON COUNTY EMERGENCY <br /> TELEPHONE SYSTEMS (ETSB) FOR STARCOM21 ACCESS FEES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice from the Macon County Emergency Telephone Systems <br /> Board, attached as Exhibit A, as presented to the City Council, is hereby received, placed on file, <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
