Re(f)40—195 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT WITH OPENGOV INC. <br /> FOR CONTINUED USE OF THE OPENGOV PLATFORM. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement presented to the Council herewith from OpenGov Inc. for <br /> maintenance, support, continued use of the OpenGov web-based platform <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or her designee be, and she is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to make payment to OpenGov Inc., in an amount not to exceed $42,397.38 on behalf of <br /> the City of Decatur for maintenance, support, and continued use of the OpenGov Inc.
