RESOLUTION NO.(<(P <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH PGAV PLANNERS, LLC FOR CONDUCTING <br /> ELIGIBILITY STUDIES AND PREPARING TIF DEVELOPMENT PLANS <br /> (Proposed Pershing Rd and 22°d St TIF Redevelopment Project Area) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council, between the City of Decatur and PGAV Planners, LLC, be and the same is hereby <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the fees and reimbursable expenses incurred by the City pursuant to the <br /> Professional Services Agreements with PGAV Planners, LLC shall be reimbursed to the City <br /> from tax increment revenues generated by the respective Tax Increment Financing <br /> Redevelopment Project Area, if and when such TIF Redevelopment Project Area is established <br /> and funds become available. <br /> Section 3.
