W?r(P a <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SPONSORED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS TO ASSESS <br /> SUSTAINABLE YIELD OF THE MAHOMET AQUIFER AT THE DECATUR <br /> WELLFIELDS,CITY PROJECT 2023-18 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sponsored Services Agreement to assess sustainable yield of the <br /> Mahomet Aquifer at the Decatur Wellfields, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and <br /> made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and the Board of Trustees of the University of <br /> Illinois, is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
