Graceland 1902 N.Main 700 S.Willow <br /> 551 W.Grand 1061 S.Martin Luther King <br /> 1158 W.Green Jr.Blvd <br /> 1428 N.Gulick 1699 N.Monroe <br /> WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find that <br /> certain structures within the City, located on premises at the addresses identified in Exhibit A,attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by reference,are dangerous and unsafe,or are uncompleted or abandoned; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that said <br /> structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
