RESOLUTION NO. R2015- 73 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE COUNTY OF MACON AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> FOR DISTRIBUTION OF <br /> 2015 BYRNE JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) PROGRAM FUNDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the City Council between <br /> the City of Decatur and the County of Macon regarding disbursement of JAG grant funds be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
