RESOLUTION NO. R2015-67 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER TO AN AGREEMENT <br /> WITH T2 SYSTEMS, INC. FOR FLEX eBUSINESS PARKING SUBSCRIPTION <br /> AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between T2 Systems, Inc., and the City of Decatur for the <br /> purchase of equipment and license of parking enforcement hardware and software be, and the same <br /> is hereby, modified and amended to authorize a Change Order for the subscription of Flex <br /> eBusiness Parking software and implementation services in the amount of$20,347. <br /> Section 2.
