FUNDS <br /> FOR PHASE II OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> FOR THE BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD BRIDGE <br /> OVER THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAIL YARD <br /> SOUTH OF FARIES PARKWAY <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Joint Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and the State of Illinois for the utilization of$2,006,014 of State Illinois Jobs <br /> Now! funds and $150,585 of City funds for the professional engineering services to prepare final <br /> design plans and bid documents for the Brush College Road Bridge over the Norfolk Southern <br /> rail yard south of Faries Parkway, City Project 2009-33, Section 15-00933-00-BR, be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
