RESOLUTION NO.R2014-127 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> - ILLINOIS OIL MARKETING- <br /> FOR SHEAR VALVE & CONTAINMENT INSTALLATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-10 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for Shear Valve & <br /> Containment Installation Project, City Project 2014-10, presented herewith be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Illinois Oil Marketing be accepted and a purchase <br /> order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
