RESOLUTION NO. 82014-78 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br /> NORTH STREET SIDEWALK VAULT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-33 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2014-33,North <br /> Street Sidewalk Vault project, and presented herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Otto Baum Company, Inc., in the amount of$80,637, <br /> be accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Otto Baum <br /> Company, Inc., for said plan for their bid price of$80,637. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 7th day of Jup, 2014.
