ORDINANCE NO. 2 p 14 1 9 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 64—WATER SERVICE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 24. of Chapter 64 of the City Code of the Cityf Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, further amended and modified, so that as so modified s id Section 24. of <br /> Chapter 64 shall provide as follows: <br /> 24. SEWER USER CHARGES. Sewer e er user charges of the Stnection <br /> ary District of <br /> Decatur, or of the City, including stormwater utility fees, and sanitary sewer charges <br /> of the City are and shall be recognized and treated as other charges relatino to water service <br /> along with all other such charges as provided for in this Code. <br /> Section 2.
